Appeals / Takedown Policy
Last updated: March 2025
1. Purpose
This page explains how individuals may request removal of content, appeal moderation actions, or report allegedly unauthorized content. Any person depicted in content may appeal to request removal.
2. Takedown Requests
Requests should include:
- Identity of the requester
- Authority to act, if acting on behalf of another person
- Direct URL(s) of the material
- Description of the material
- Reason for the removal request (e.g., consent not given or void)
- Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury where legally appropriate
3. Removal When Consent Is Absent or Void
Content will be removed if our investigation determines that consent was not given or is void under applicable law. We take such determinations seriously and will remove or disable access to the material accordingly.
4. Appeals
Users or affected persons may appeal certain moderation or takedown decisions by submitting additional supporting information to support@exclusivelex.com.
5. Resolution by Neutral Body
Where there is a disagreement that cannot be resolved through our internal process, the process may allow for resolution by a neutral body (e.g., binding arbitration or other dispute mechanism as provided in our Terms of Service or applicable law).
6. Investigation
ExclusiveLex may temporarily disable access to material while investigating takedown requests or appeals.
7. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, deny, or restore content in accordance with law, contracts, and platform safety obligations.
