ExclusiveLex is a producer-controlled platform. We do not permit public user-generated uploads; content is published through our controlled processes. Underwriting may request a draft model release form for audit visibility.

Content Provider Agreement

This agreement summary applies to any content creator, model, performer, or contributor who provides content to the ExclusiveLex platform.

1. Eligibility

All content providers must be consenting adults aged 18 or older.

2. Ownership / Rights

Contributors represent and warrant that they own or control all rights necessary to submit the content and grant ExclusiveLex the rights needed to host, display, distribute, promote, and sell access to the content through the platform.

Contributors represent that all persons depicted have given written consent for the content to be created, and consent to public distribution and upload to the platform. If content is made available for download, all depicted persons must have consented to downloads. No content may be submitted without written consent from every person depicted.

4. Identity and Age Verification

Contributors agree to provide valid government-issued identification and to comply with identity and age verification for all persons depicted. Contributors must be able to provide supporting documentation (e.g., model releases, ID copies, 2257-related records) on request for compliance and audit purposes.

5. Prohibited Content and Activity

Contributors must not submit content or engage in activity that is illegal or violates our standards. Prohibited content includes:

Illegal content
Non-consensual content
Content depicting minors
Deceptive content
Content violating third-party rights
Content otherwise violating site policies

6. Takedown / Cooperation

Contributors agree to cooperate with investigations, verification requests, and lawful takedown processes.

7. Right to Refuse / Remove

ExclusiveLex reserves the right to reject, suspend, remove, or restrict content or contributor accounts.

8. Indemnity

Contributors are responsible for breaches of their representations and may be liable for claims arising from such breaches.
