1. Overview

Billing and refund concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a billing question or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us or CCBill Consumer Support. We will review your request and respond in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

2. How to Submit a Billing or Refund Request

You may submit billing or refund inquiries to: support@exclusivelex.com. You may also contact CCBill Consumer Support for billing help, to review purchase history, or to dispute a charge where appropriate.

3. Review of Requests

All requests are reviewed case by case. Unauthorized billing, duplicate billing, or verified technical or billing errors may be investigated and resolved (including refund or adjustment) where appropriate. We may request additional information to process your request.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact support or CCBill Consumer Support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve billing issues. Chargebacks may result in account restriction or termination.
