Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
If you have a recurring subscription (e.g., VIP or other recurring billing), you may cancel future billing in accordance with this policy. Cancellation stops future recurring charges according to your billing terms; it does not entitle you to a refund for periods already paid.
2. How to Cancel Future Billing
To cancel future recurring charges: (1) Contact us at support@exclusivelex.com and request cancellation of your subscription, or (2) use the payment processor's self-service options. For subscriptions billed through CCBill, you may manage or cancel your subscription at CCBill Consumer Support (opens in a new tab).
3. Effect of Cancellation
Once cancellation is processed, no further recurring charges will be made. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period, depending on the product and terms.
